How to return your empties:-
Pack the empty cartridges in a box/jiffy bag, if possible put them in a
bag before putting in the box of jiffy bag (PLEASE DO NOT WRAP THE
CARTRIDGES IN TISSUE AS THIS DRAWS OUT ANY INK LEFT).
Enclose with the empties a CLEAR note stating the following: Your
Name, Address & payment method that you would like,PAYPAL, OR CREDIT NOTE. If you would like paying via paypal please clearly include your paypal email address with the note, If you require a
Credit note then please include your email address, (Sorry we are
unable to send cheques for values less than £30)
IF VAT REGISTERED PLEASE INCLUDE EITHER VAT NUMBER OR VAT INVOICE
Return to G.E.Consumables, 93 Ruskington Drive, Wigston, Leicester, LE18 1LZ
Allow upto 10 days for credits to be processed.
DEDUCTING YOUR EMPTIES FROM A ORDER
If you would like to use the cost of your empties to be deducted from a order then please follow the following steps
Work out the value of your empty cartridges from the prices above
Work out the cost of a new cartridge by finding the listing at my ebay shop at www.stores.ebay.co.uk/gec
Add cost & then deduct the empties value, i.e HP 338 is £9.99 + £1.45
postage = £11.44, returning 1 x HP 338 + 1 X 343 = £3.00 total = £8.44
Pack the empty cartridges in a box/jiffy bag (PLEASE DO NOT WRAP THE CARTRIDGES IN TISSUE AS THIS DRAWS OUT ANY INK LEFT).
Either Include a cheque to G.E.Consumables ( Do Not Wrap around the cartridge,)
Or If you would like to pay the balance via paypal please clearly state
this on a letter & include details of the order & once the empties have arrived we will send you a paypal invoice for the difference (Cartridges must be returned first)
Include a CLEAR note with details of the cartidges that you require & your full name & address & email address
